INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

August 2024: The 9,500-crore rupees lithium-ion battery plant of Amara Raja near Hyderabad will be ready in six years. It would be built in three phases. The facility, coming up at Divitipalli in Mahbubnagar, has a 16-gigawatt capacity and will employ 3,500 people by the year 2030.
